I’ve been gluten free for over a decade.
I feel better when I eliminate dairy, but have always found it so much harder to do.
I’ve been a part of various gluten free groups over the years, both in person and online. I’ve been involved in the health food scene and friendly with the functional medicine community for a long time. I’ve hoped for a comprehensive resource for folks like me, but it just never came along.
The final straw was reading a post in a FB group searching for gluten free, dairy free soft serve. Reading the comments, I learned about a car wash that served GF/DF soft serve. A car wash. There has to be a better way to find out how to eat delicious GF/DF food in St. Louis.
I decided that if the St. Louis area was going to have a comprehensive directory of all things gluten AND dairy free, I was going to have to build it.
So, as a working mom of three, I have TONS of free time to spend on things like this. <Did you sense the sarcasm?> I’m grateful for feedback, suggestions, clarifications, concerns, well-lit photos, and anything else you might be able to contribute to make this a valuable resource for all.
