The Block Restaurant and Butcher Shop is a neighborhood establishment with a modest method: create and showcase a farm-fresh, seasonal menu that sources the very best local ingredients. By sourcing local ingredients we can celebrate the abundant resources of Greater St. Louis area, while supporting the local community and economy.

The Block is excellent for cocktails! They also have their own butcher shop. Keep up with them on Facebook and Instagram to see their daily specials, which may or may not work for a GFDF diet.

The Block knows exactly how food is prepared and you can easily ask for what you need to ensure your food is dairy and gluten free. Here are a few menu items that can be easily modified:
