Nudo House - A noodle house from Mai Lee’s Qui Tran and Chef Marie-Anne Velasco, specializing in ramen and pho, with a variety of apps, sides, and soft serve.

This post best describes the Nudo House experience in Delmar but there is a Creve Coeur location, as well.

The menu clearly marks which dishes can be made gluten free (GF) and which can be made Vegan (V). I am seeking clarification on which dishes could be made dairy free (DF) without having to be exclusively vegan. I suspect that there are several more menu items that would be gluten free and dairy free. Will update with information directly from Nudo House.

Menu Items that are gluten free & vegan:

  • Nudo Salad

  • Kimchi

  • Spring Roll

  • Shroomed Out Ramen

  • Curry Up Ramen

There are 2 flavors of vegan soft serve available at any given time. Check the Facebook page for most current updates on flavors.
